ISS INDOOR SPORT SYSTEMS works together with selected financial service providers and will be happy to establish contact for you. ISS INDOOR SPORT SYSTEMS accompanies you from the application to the handover of the ready-to-play simulator.
Yes, you can make an appointment at our demo centers in Leipzig, Erfurt, Tegernsee and south of Stuttgart.
Recommended dimensions:
Room height:
The minimum room height is 2.70m. The recommended room height is 3.00 m or higher so that unrestricted swinging is possible.
Room width:
The minimum room width is 3.50m. The recommended room width is 4.50 – 5.20 m, so that both right- and left-handers can perform their natural swing movement without any problems.
Room depth:
The minimum room depth is 5.00m. The recommended room depth is 6.00 – 9.00m, so that a realistic ball flight measurement can take place during shots.

For standard golf simulators with a basic cabin, installation takes 1.5 to 2 days. The more complex the built-in setup is, the installation can take several days. The installation of the golf simulators is carried out by our team.
Depending on the model, different connections are required to operate a golf simulator. Here are the most important connections that are usually required:
1.power supply
A conventional 230-volt socket is required to supply the most important devices such as the launch monitor, the projector and other electronic components of the simulator with power. Make sure that there are enough sockets in your room to connect all devices.
2.USB connection
Many launch monitors and sensors require a USB connection in order to communicate with a computer or tablet running the simulation software. Make sure that your device has enough USB ports to connect all the required devices.
3.HDMI connection
An HDMI connection is required to connect the projector to the computer or control device. This transfers the image of the simulated golf course to the screen or monitor. Check that both your projector and your computer are HDMI compatible.
4.audio connection (optional)
If you want to use speakers for sound effects or communication, you will need an audio connection, usually in the form of a 3.5 mm jack plug or via Bluetooth, to transmit the sound from the computer or tablet to the speakers.
5.network connection (WLAN or Ethernet)
Some systems require an internet connection to download software updates or to interact with other players online. For a stable
connection, it is ideal if the simulator can be connected to the Internet either via WLAN or an Ethernet cable.
6.video connections for multiple monitors (optional)
For larger setups with multiple monitors, additional video connections such as DisplayPort or VGA are required to connect all monitors simultaneously
and ensure a seamless gaming experience.
The cost of a home golf simulator varies considerably depending on the equipment and the components selected.

Anyone who wants to buy a golf simulator benefits from numerous advantages. It enables year-round training so that you can play golf regardless of the weather and time of day. Thanks to modern launch monitors, you receive a detailed swing analysis with exact data on ball flight, spin, stroke speed and much more. The realistic playing experience is created by high-quality golf simulations that allow you to play on well-known courses worldwide. In addition, a golf simulator for the home can be flexibly adapted to the available space, so that you can design your personal golf experience according to your wishes
A golf simulator consists of several components that together create a realistic indoor golf environment. At its heart is the launch monitor or a permanently installed measuring system that records precise data on ball flight and swing. Various technologies are used here: radar technology, such as that used in the Trackman 4, is ideal for outdoor use, but is less precise indoors. Camera technology, such as IVEE or Foresight GC3, is ideal for indoor use as it uses several high-speed cameras to capture ball and club data. Hybrid technology, such as Trackman iO, combines radar and cameras to improve measurement accuracy indoors.
A high-quality impact screen is essential to catch the ball safely and at the same time enable a realistic image display. A golf cabin with side walls that absorb scattering is usually used for this purpose. The game is projected either by a short-distance projector, which projects the image directly onto the screen, or by a monitor solution if no projector is required.
The software plays a central role: programs such as GSPro, E6 Connect or Trackman Virtual Golf ensure a realistic representation of the game. A powerful PC is necessary to ensure smooth image reproduction. For a realistic tee shot, tee mats or premium tee mats are available that faithfully reproduce ball contact. Optionally, the area can be designed with artificial turf to visually enhance the ambience.
For safety reasons, a net or other protective devices should be installed if there is no impact screen in order to prevent damage caused by incorrect impacts. In addition, a sufficient room height of at least 2.70 to 3.00 meters is recommended to allow free swinging movements. Good lighting without casting shadows also improves the accuracy of the camera-based systems.

ISS INDOOR SPORT SYSTEMS GMBH grants a five-year warranty from the conclusion of the contract for the parts manufactured in-house, which requires the conclusion of a maintenance contract. All electronic devices are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.
The installation service is currently offered for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Can I cancel my order at a later date?
Your order can only be canceled for a short time, as we prepare it for shipping within a few hours. Only if shipping has not yet begun is it possible to cancel your order at a later date. We therefore ask you to contact us as soon as possible and inform us of your wish to cancel.
I have received the wrong article, what do I do now?
Although we always work carefully, it can happen that the wrong item is sent to you by mistake. We will of course refund the amount paid and cover the costs of returning the item.

Delivery / Returns

Delivery times depend on the recipient country. Within Germany, you will usually receive your parcel within 3-4 working days. Within Europe, you will receive your parcel within 5-7 working days.
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.

For environmental reasons, the buyer bears the costs for the return shipment in our company. This is because many customers deliberately order several items in different sizes and colors and then return those that do not fit. This procedure causes us a considerable amount of extra work and has a double impact on the environment.
Refunds take approx. 7 working days after receipt of the goods. There may be slight delays if we have a high workload.
